The striker who scored the most goals for Hanoi Police in V-League 2023 - 2024 - Jeferson Elias, officially joined Hoang Anh Gia Lai.

In the V-League arena, the Brazilian striker played a total of 24 matches and scored 13 goals for the police team, ranking 3rd on the top scorer chart of the 2023/2024 season after Rafaelson and Alan.

He was also the player who scored the most goals for Hanoi Police in the previous season. However, in the new phase, Hanoi Police had many quality additions such as Alan and Leo Artur, so Jeferson had to say goodbye.
