Providing professional training for Party organizations in Nghe An.
On the afternoon of October 3rd, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department held the opening ceremony of the training conference on professional and technical skills in Party organization and building work for 2024.

In his opening remarks at the conference, Comrade Le Quoc Khanh, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, emphasized: Along with the implementation of preparations for organizing Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term according to Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024, the Central Committee has issued many new documents related to the Party organization building sector.

Based on the implementation of resolutions, plans, directives, and guidelines from the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department has advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue numerous resolutions, regulations, plans, and guidelines to suit the practical situation of Party building and organization work in the province.

During the implementation process, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department promptly issued guiding documents for localities, agencies, and units to organize and implement. However, during the implementation, especially in carrying out professional tasks related to Party building and organization in some places, many difficulties and obstacles have been encountered that need to be resolved and addressed.

Arising from the aforementioned practical requirements, and aiming to enhance some professional skills in Party building and organization work, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department organized a training conference to disseminate, guide, and implement Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024, on Party congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, and other guiding documents from the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department on directing the organization of congresses.
The conference discussed and resolved difficulties in advising and implementing Party organization building, personnel work, internal political security, personnel policy, and Party member affairs.

This is also an opportunity for officials from the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and the organization departments of district, city, and town Party committees, as well as directly affiliated Party committees, officials working in organization, and officials from various departments and agencies to exchange and learn from each other's experiences.
Over two days, October 3-4, leaders and officials of the Party organization committees of districts, cities, and towns; heads and deputy heads of the Internal Affairs departments of districts, cities, and towns; officials working in organization and personnel of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations at the provincial level; secretaries of Party committees and Party committee offices of communes, wards, and towns; and officials working in organization and personnel of districts, cities, and towns received training on the following topics: Organizational and personnel work; Office work; Party organization and member work; Internal political security; and preparation for the Party congresses of grassroots organizations for the 2025-2030 term.

In addition, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department directly briefed and discussed some basic contents regarding the guidance and organization of the 2025-2030 term congress, and directly answered suggestions, proposals, and difficulties from the grassroots level.
