Nghe An University of Economics received the Government's Emulation Flag
On the morning of October 4, Nghe An University of Economics held the opening ceremony of the new school year 2024-2025 and received the Emulation Flag from the Government.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee and leaders of departments, branches, and Vinh City People's Committee.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the school leaders congratulated the students on passing important exams to become new students of Nghe An University of Economics.
In the new school year 2024 - 2025, Nghe An University of Economics welcomes nearly 1,000 students from 6 faculties, 15 majors and 1 master's major; Striving to become a multidisciplinary, multi-field Nghe An University, by 2030, with full autonomy; at least 25% of training programs participate in quality assessment according to international standards.
The school will continue to promote scientific research activities and foreign cooperation, and cooperate with businesses so that students can increase their internship time and seek job opportunities at domestic and foreign businesses.
On the occasion of the opening of the new school year, Nghe An University of Economics was honored to receive the Emulation Flag of the Government; Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee. The school also awarded prizes to new students who achieved valedictorian status in each major.
On this occasion, the school was awarded a Certificate of Quality Assessment for undergraduate training programs in Finance - Banking and Economics.
