Nghe An fosters and updates knowledge and skills on emulation and reward work in 2024
On the morning of October 7, the Emulation and Rewards Committee, Nghe An Department of Home Affairs held a training conference on emulation and rewards work in 2024.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Head of the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Committee emphasized: Organizing training and dissemination of directive documents of the Party and State associated with the patriotic emulation movement, as well as newly issued legal documents for the team of cadres doing emulation work at departments, branches and localities is extremely necessary, in order to improve the qualifications and capacity of the team doing this work.
At the same time, through training, leaders of agencies and units will raise awareness, more fully grasp the purpose, meaning and importance of emulation and reward work, and have a deeper grasp of the regulations of the Party and State to continue to pay attention to and direct the better implementation of emulation and reward work in their units.
Through the training conference, the officers working on emulation and rewards were able to improve their knowledge and skills in advising, organizing and implementing emulation movements and in reward work at units and localities, contributing to improving the quality of emulation and reward work in the coming time.
He requested the delegates attending the training course to seriously focus on research and discussion, so that through this training course, the quality of advice for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working on emulation and reward work and the implementation of the Law, Decree, Circular and documents guiding the emulation and reward work of the province in the most accurate and effective way.
At the training conference, delegates listened to leaders and officers of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board analyze new points and points to note in the current emulation and reward work.
At the same time, convey the topics including: Basic contents, new points of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022; documents and regulations on emulation and commendation work of the Central Government according to Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023; Basic contents of Decision No. 14/2024/QD - UBND dated June 14, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on emulation and commendation in Nghe An province; Official dispatches 419 and 1172 dated April 23, 2024 of the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee; Instructions on the plan to organize conferences of typical advanced models at all levels; Procedures for commendation records according to digital transformation and awarding work at the grassroots level.
In addition, delegates also discussed, exchanged and resolved difficulties in implementing emulation and reward tasks at agencies, units and localities.
Through the training course, the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work in the area are further improved, and the 2022 Law on Emulation and Reward and documents of the Central and the province on emulation and reward work are well implemented.
