In Decision No. 2888-QD/TU dated September 27, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee mobilized, assigned, and appointed Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Health to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa handed over her work and took up her new assignment from October 8, 2024.

In Decision No. 2890-QD/TU dated September 27, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed Comrade Hoang Danh Lai - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quynh Luu District to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board. Comrade Hoang Danh Lai handed over his work and took up his new assignment from October 3, 2024.

In Decision No. 2887-QD/TU, dated September 27, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed comrade Phan Dinh Dat - Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. Comrade Phan Dinh Dat handed over his work and took up his new assignment from October 8, 2024.

In Decision No. 2889-QD/TU, dated September 27, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee mobilized and appointed comrade Duong Hoang Vu - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong district to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Comrade Duong Hoang Vu handed over his work and came to take up his new assignment from October 8, 2024.

In Decision No. 2892-QD/TU, dated September 27, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed comrade Nguyen Cong Hoan - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term. Comrade Nguyen Cong Hoan handed over his work and took up his new assignment from October 8, 2024.

Presenting the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and giving congratulatory flowers, and giving a speech assigning tasks to 5 comrades, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Secretary Thai Thanh Quy affirmed that rotating, assigning, and appointing cadres is an important, regular, and continuous task in personnel work and said that from the 2020-2025 term, the province has mobilized, assigned, and appointed 80 comrades under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Based on the practical situation, political tasks, work requirements, including preparations for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Standing Committee discussed and unanimously decided to transfer, transfer, and appoint 5 comrades.

Unity is good for organizations and individuals,” Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy emphasized and noted that: Unity must be genuine, sincere and constructive, avoiding the situation of unity going in one direction; avoiding the situation of being in agreement but not in the heart.

The head of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also emphasized that the five comrades must firmly maintain and set good examples in implementing the principles in leadership, direction and operation, whether in small or large matters, normal or important matters.

Recognizing that the new working environment can be a new opportunity, but also a new challenge, the Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also noted that the five comrades need to make more efforts, continue to practice, contribute, and cultivate their moral qualities and professional expertise to master and assert themselves in the new working environment.

In particular, for the new Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary hopes that she will actively and proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on propaganda work; especially proactively and sensitively grasp, grasp, forecast, and analyze the situation correctly to advise the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to orient public opinion in the best and most effective way.

At the same time, he needs to continue to lead the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to effectively carry out its pioneering role in propaganda work, replicating models, typical examples, and exemplary practices derived from real life; thereby replicating, encouraging, motivating, and arousing the spirit of cadres, party members, and people; creating consensus and a common voice in support of the province's major policies, the process of socio-economic development, and ensuring national defense and security of the province.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also needs to strengthen the summary of practice and theory; thereby creating the premise and basis for proposing, advising, supplementing, adjusting, replacing, and perfecting the system of economic and social development policies; participating and advising to well manage press and social network activities, building a team of sharp, dedicated, responsible propaganda workers with quality propaganda methods.

Regarding comrade Hoang Danh Lai - the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, comrade Thai Thanh Quy suggested that he and the Board's leadership team focus on doing well the work of Party organization and building, personnel work, especially advising on evaluating and approving subordinate personnel and advising on personnel preparation for the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term; pay attention to improving the quality of grassroots party organizations, developing party members, especially in special areas; strengthen digital transformation in party member management, party member records and data to perform well the tasks, including internal political protection and implementing cadre policies.

Regarding comrade Phan Dinh Dat - the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that he and the collective leadership of the Commission focus on leadership and direction to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the political system such as: mass mobilization of the government, skillful mass mobilization to encourage, motivate, and mobilize people to participate in implementing emulation movements, patriotism, and major policies of the province in the area; pay attention to the supervision and criticism work of the Front and socio-political organizations to contribute to building the Party, government, and political system; build close and trustworthy relationships to effectively resolve religious and ethnic affairs in the area.

For the new Secretary of Quy Hop District Party Committee Duong Hoang Vu and the new Deputy Secretary of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee Nguyen Cong Hoan, the Provincial Party Secretary especially noted that it is necessary to grasp, analyze and forecast the grassroots situation well to direct and direct tasks in the area, especially in the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on leadership and direction to best complete the goals, targets and tasks of the 2020 - 2025 term and build directions for the new term that are accurate and feasible in Quy Hop district and Thai Hoa town.

Comrades also need to work with the standing committee, the standing committee, the executive committee of the Quy Hop district Party Committee and Thai Hoa town to lead and direct the implementation of Directive 35 of the Politburo, the guiding documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to successfully direct the Party Congresses at all levels in the local Party Committee, towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
