Receipt of money and commitment of subject Ha Van Hoang to Mr. Tran Quoc Bao.

It is known that through social networks, Mr. Tran Quoc Bao knew Ha Van Hoang (born in 1993), residing in Vinh Hong commune, Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province and was introduced by Hoang as a broker of TOKUSEI Study Abroad and Settlement Consulting Company Limited - Hanoi branch. After many exchanges, Hoang agreed to apply for an Australian tourist visa for Mr. Bao with a total cost of 20,000 USD (equivalent to about 480 million VND) including: airfare, entry and exit, visa conversion.

In the receipt of money, Ha Van Hoang committed that all information provided to Mr. Bao about his profile, job, and visa was completely accurate. To gain trust, Ha Van Hoang also informed Mr. Bao to go to the Australian Embassy to complete the fingerprinting procedures. Here, Hoang sent Mr. Bao a notice in English, confirming that the Australian Department of Home Affairs had issued a visa and tourist visa to Mr. Bao and urged Mr. Bao to pay Hoang the full amount of 20,000 USD.

After paying money to Ha Van Hoang, Mr. Tran Quoc Bao was very tired to claim back the money he was cheated of and was forced to file a report with the authorities.

After receiving the full amount of money from Mr. Bao, Ha Van Hoang said that Mr. Bao's application had been cancelled by Australia and he was not allowed to enter the country. At the same time, Hoang used many excuses to shirk responsibility, tried to take Mr. Bao's money, did not return the money as promised and cut off contact.

It is known that in order to complete the procedures to receive money from workers, Ha Van Hoang used sophisticated tricks to falsify information and documents to defraud and appropriate customers' assets. After showing signs of fraud and appropriation of Tran Quoc Bao's assets, Ha Van Hoang still regularly posted articles on social networks, recruiting people to work abroad, and accepting visas to Australia, South Korea, etc.

Currently, Bo Trach District Police and Quang Binh Police have sent an invitation to work at Ha Van Hoang's residence and contacted relevant police units to verify the case and the subject according to the law.
