In late autumn, Chi Linh city (Hai Duong province) is attracting many tourists because the pink grass hills are in their most vibrant bloom, creating a picturesque scene.
This pink grass hill is located within the approximately 3-hectare estate of Ms. Tran Thi Thu's family in Chi Linh City. The location is also on the slopes of Ho Giang hill, about 500 meters from Con Son lake.
According to the owner of the grass hill, the pink grass here was planted in early 2023. This is a variety of pink grass originating from Australia, which the family had previously successfully grown in Da Lat.
Besides pink grass, this area is also planted with a variety of other trees such as roses, bougainvillea, myrtle, pomelo, guava, starfruit, etc., which not only provide greenery and cool shade but also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the surrounding landscape.

According to Mai Thanh Minh (a photographer in Hai Phong), the pink grass here blooms in two phases.
In the summer (around May and June), the grass is light pink. In late autumn and early winter (from mid-September to mid-November), the grass is a darker color. At this time, the weather is cool, and the grass turns a vibrant pink, making it ideal for tourists to take photos and check in.
When the pink grass is in full bloom, a vibrant pink color blankets the entire area. As the wind blows, the grass sways, blending with the blue of the sky and hills, creating a poetic and romantic scene that evokes images of the pink grass season in Da Lat.
Minh suggested that, because the pink grass hill has a dreamy beauty, tourists can choose outfits with striking colors and soft, flowing designs such as ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress), maxi dresses (dresses that are ankle-length or longer), etc.
In addition, this area is decorated with many scenic spots such as swings and benches, allowing visitors to enjoy taking photos or wedding pictures.
The ideal time to take beautiful photos at the pink grass hill is in the morning (7-8 am) or late afternoon (4-5 pm). At these times, the weather is cool, the sunlight is gentle, and visitors can take photos while admiring the sunrise or sunset.
According to Mr. Minh, the road to the pink grass hill area is very convenient; tourists can travel there by motorbike or car.
