The project to support communities in buffer zone communes to develop medicinal plants under forest canopy to increase income and conserve biodiversity in the Western Nghe An Biosphere Reserve helps local people develop their economy.

In Tuong Duong district, the project to support communities in buffer zone communes to develop medicinal plants under forest canopy to increase income and conserve biodiversity in the Western Nghe An Biosphere Reserve (DTSQ) is currently being implemented. The project helps local people increase their income, contributing to biodiversity conservation in the Western Nghe An World Biosphere Reserve. This is a freely funded project to help beneficiaries develop a sustainable economy, associated with skills, awareness of environmental protection, climate change adaptation and promoting the connection of "4 houses" in developing green medicinal plants.
