Verifying the handling of the truck driver who made an illegal U-turn on National Highway 46
On November 7, Traffic Police Team No. 5, under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province, contacted the truck driver who made an illegal U-turn, endangering other vehicles on National Highway 46, to handle the matter.
Accordingly, the driver of the car with license plate 37C - 271.46 is Nguyen Duy C. (born in 1982, residing in Nghi Kim commune, Vinh city). Working with the Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, driver Nguyen Duy C. admitted his wrongdoing.
A representative of Traffic Police Team No. 5 said: Immediately after receiving the information from Nghe An Newspaper, the Team promptly verified and contacted the offending driver. However, because the driver was transporting goods to Hanoi, he only came to work directly today.
Currently, Traffic Police Team No. 5 has drawn up a record to handle the violation of driver Nguyen Duy C. in accordance with the law.
Previously, Nghe An Newspaper reported on the incident recorded by a dashcam of a vehicle traveling on National Highway 46, through Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City. At 4:50 p.m. on November 3, a truck with license plate 37C - 271.46 was traveling from Quan Banh overpass, going down the direction of Cua Lo to Nam Dan. When just getting off the bridge, the truck suddenly turned left right at the foot of the bridge, at the solid yellow road marking.
The illegal U-turn caused other vehicles to be stuck in both directions, some vehicles had to stop suddenly, fortunately no collision occurred.
