Division 324, Military Region 4 handed over the broadcasting system in Chau Khe commune, Con Cuong district.
On the morning of November 15, Division 324 - Military Region 4 coordinated with Con Cuong district to hand over the "Voice of the Border Area" model broadcasting system according to Project 2036 of the Military Region to Khe Bu and Khe Na villages in Chau Khe commune, Con Cuong district.
Attending the handover ceremony were Colonel Le Doan Anh - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Division, and leaders of the Departments of Division 324, Regiment 335; On the side of Con Cuong district, there was comrade Nguyen The Manh - Member of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council, along with departments, agencies, unions of Con Cuong district and a large number of people from Khe Bu, Khe Na villages, Chau Khe commune.
At Khe Bu and Khe Na villages, the Division installed a public address system including 02 large-capacity propaganda loudspeaker clusters more than 1km apart with an area of more than 14,000 hectares, with more than 289 households living there, along with a modern amplifier and transmitter system, a system of cabinets and microphones that are synchronously equipped, easy to operate, easy to use with a total cost of more than 47 million VND.
In addition to the radio broadcasting function, it can rebroadcast FM of Voice of Vietnam every day to promptly help people in the two villages grasp information related to politics, economics, culture, society as well as the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws; thereby, contributing to improving the intellectual level of the people, creating high consensus in the villages and hamlets.
After the handover ceremony of the "Voice of the Border Area" model broadcasting system; the leaders and commanders of Division 324 visited, congratulated the school and presented 10 gifts worth more than 10 million VND to poor students who overcame difficulties at Chau Khe Primary School - Khe Bu cluster, Khe Na.
Project 2036 "Improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the Military Region 4's armed forces in special areas in the Military Region, period 2023 - 2030 and the following years" is one of the policies and initiatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Military Region 4 Command to concretize the guidelines, policies and strategies of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Ministry of National Defense on mass mobilization work in special areas, contributing to building a solid "people's hearts" position, protecting the Fatherland in the new period.
At the same time, it contributes to maintaining political stability, developing the economy, culture and society, consolidating national defense and security, building a strong grassroots political system; strengthening the great national unity bloc, maintaining and beautifying the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers".
