The Vinh City Party Committee announces decisions on personnel matters.
On the afternoon of November 22nd, the Vinh City Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee regarding personnel matters.
Attending the ceremony were Comrade Nguyen Van Lu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; leaders of the Party Building Departments and the City Party Committee Office, the City People's Council, the City People's Committee, the Party Committee of Hung Chinh commune, and Doi Cung ward.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Vinh City Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Tran Trung Kien - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Chinh commune - to the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department for a term of 5 years (2024-2029).
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also transferred Comrade Tran Van Tri - Secretary of the Party Committee of Doi Cung Ward - to work at the Party Committee of Hung Chinh Commune, appointing him to participate in the Party Committee Executive Board, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hung Chinh Commune, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hung Chinh Commune for the term 2020-2025.
Presenting the decisions and assigning tasks to the comrades who were transferred and appointed, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Nguyen Van Lu, acknowledged the achievements and contributions of the comrades who were transferred and reassigned; at the same time, he requested that in their new positions they continue to build on their achievements and work experience, quickly adapt to the job, and strive together with the leadership, cadres, and civil servants of the units to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
First and foremost, it is necessary to urgently implement the preparations for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; and Resolution No. 1243/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the rearrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Nghe An province for the 2023-2025 period.
In their acceptance speeches, the newly appointed and transferred comrades expressed their gratitude for the attention of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council and the City People's Committee, and affirmed that this is a great honor. They clearly defined their responsibilities and pledged to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to working with the collective to build stronger units, meeting practical requirements and living up to the expectations of the city's leadership.
