Nghe An Provincial People's Council convenes regular year-end meeting, questions two areas: health and culture
At this session, the Provincial People's Council will pass a number of important resolutions, and question two areas of health and culture.
The People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, 2021 - 2026, has just issued a notice convening the 25th Session (regular session at the end of 2024) to review the results of 2024, the province's tasks in 2025 on socio-economic development; activities of the Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council Committees, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency and some related contents; approve the draft resolution on socio-economic, national defense - security and decide on some contents under its authority.
At this session, the Provincial People's Council will pass a number of important resolutions such as: Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 02/2018/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2018 regulating the decentralization of decision-making authority in the management and use of public assets at agencies, organizations and units under the management of localities in the province.
Resolution approving the Project to recognize Thai Hoa town as meeting the criteria of a type III urban area; Resolution on the results of reviewing the QPPL resolution issued by the Provincial People's Council in 2024; Resolution on the socio-economic development plan in 2025; Resolution on the public investment plan in 2025; Resolution on the assignment of civil servant payrolls in agencies and administrative organizations of Nghe An province in 2024; Resolution on the total number of people working with salaries from the budget, contract workers in public service units that have not yet ensured regular expenses, and organizing associations in 2025; Resolution on merging, naming, and renaming hamlets; Resolution on the allocation of the State budget estimate in 2024; Resolution on investment policies, adjusting investment policies of projects...

+ Morning: Questioning and answering questions on socio-economics, national defense - security, foreign affairs and focusing on 2 areas:
- Cultural field:Solutions to implement the targets of the rate of cultural villages, hamlets, and blocks; the rate of communes, wards, and towns with cultural and sports institutions meeting the criteria according to regulations and targets set out in Resolution 18/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2020 of the People's Council of Nghe An province; management of outdoor advertising activities; building a healthy cultural environment associated with building, perfecting and promoting the personality and identity of Nghe people; developing cultural industry in the province.
- Medical field:Implementation of the autonomy mechanism in public hospitals in the province; the situation of drug supply, medical examination and treatment services under health insurance for health insurance patients, especially patients with serious illnesses and poor patients, ethnic minority and mountainous areas; implementation of targets on combating child malnutrition in the province for the period 2021 - 2025.
