Nghe An Newspaper cooperated with Agribank Tay Nghe An Branch to present 2 gratitude houses in Ky Son
On December 2, Nghe An Newspaper coordinated with the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An Branch, and Agribank, Tay Nghe An Branch, to donate money to support house building for two households in especially difficult circumstances in Huoi Nhuc village, Pha Danh commune, Ky Son border district.
Also attending were representatives of Agribank Tay Nghe An Branch; representatives of Nghe An Newspaper; leaders of Ky Son District People's Committee, and leaders of Pha Danh Commune.

This is one of the activities connecting businesses and philanthropists to help and support people in difficult circumstances in the province of Nghe An Newspaper. In particular, for the people of Ky Son district, for many years in a row, Nghe An Newspaper has had many effective activities to call for and support. On this occasion, the unit coordinated with Agribank Tay Nghe An branch to support money to build houses for 2 households in difficult circumstances in Huoi Nhuc village, Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district.

Each household received 50 million VND in cash support, including the households of Mr. Cut Van Khuon and Mr. Cut Van Bien. These are households with elderly members, whose livelihoods depend mainly on agricultural production, and who are unable to build houses. Meanwhile, the houses of these households are old, dilapidated, and at risk of collapsing when the rainy season comes.
Coming to the people of Huoi Nhuc village, representatives of Nghe An Newspaper, Agribank Tay Nghe An Branch and leaders of Ky Son district visited and encouraged the households, directly giving support money to build houses before the Lunar New Year of At Ty.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Sam - Head of the Secretary Office, Chairman of the Nghe An Newspaper Journalists Association said that in addition to information and propaganda activities, successfully completing the political tasks of the provincial party newspaper, social security activities are also regularly and effectively carried out by Nghe An Newspaper to contribute to sharing and supporting local people to improve their lives, especially people in mountainous, remote and isolated areas.
Helping and supporting people in difficult circumstances is also a regular activity of Agribank Tay Nghe An Branch.

In Ky Son area, Mr. Lo Thanh Dung - Deputy Director of Agribank Ky Son district, Tay Nghe An branch said that for the past 5 years, the unit has been supporting Ky Son people to build houses for 4 households each year, each household is supported with 50 million VND. In 2024 alone, Agribank Ky Son district has supported 6 households in Ky Son district to build houses, including 3 households in Huoi Nhuc village, Pha Danh commune.

Agribank Tay Nghe An Branch was established and officially put into operation on December 1, 2017. It is a type I, grade 1 branch under Agribank, directly managing 09 type II branches, 09 transaction offices in the western mountainous area of Nghe An province, including Thai Hoa town and districts: Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Tan Ky, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son.

Mr. Xa Van Luong - Vice Chairman of Ky Son District People's Committee thanked Nghe An Newspaper and Agribank Tay Nghe An Branch for their attention and support to the people. Local leaders will continue to support households to effectively promote the practical gifts of agencies and units to build quality houses. The attention of Nghe An Newspaper, units and enterprises located in the area for the people of Ky Son is extremely important, contributing together with the Party Committees and authorities of Ky Son to effectively implement the work of poverty reduction and socio-economic development.

Previously, Nghe An Newspaper also connected and coordinated with TH Group and Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank through the Fund for Vietnamese Stature to support Ky Son district in building 26 houses; helping and sponsoring the poor, building a number of other social works in the area and donating 10 houses worth 500 million VND, 74,000 TH true water purified water products and healthy beverage products after the flash flood in Ky Son.
