Transferring and receiving grassroots party organizations and party members to the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc

Attending the ceremony were comrade Hoang Danh Lai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board. On behalf of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee, there were comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Bloc Party Committee; standing representatives of the district and town Party Committees and units with party organizations handing over.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee received 20 grassroots party organizations under 14 district and town party committees, with a total of 155 party members; including 2 party organizations under the Bloc Party Committee; 9 party organizations under the Party Committee of Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation; 9 party organizations under the Party Committee of Nghe An Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company; and received 2 Youth Union organizations under the Provincial Business Bloc Youth Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Hoang Danh Lai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and Comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee emphasized: The transfer of party organizations is of great significance in order to continue to innovate and reorganize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee.

Ensure unity and synchronization between party organizations, government, political organizations, and streamline party organization focal points under the Provincial Party Committee of some types of grassroots party organizations located in the area.

The transfer will have certain impacts and difficulties, and will affect the activities of grassroots party organizations. Therefore, in the coming time, it is recommended that grassroots party organizations pay attention to doing a good job of propaganda so that cadres and party members clearly understand the purpose of the arrangement of grassroots party organizations; thereby creating high unity and consensus after transferring activities to the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee.

In the coming time, party organizations need to continue to encourage cadres and party members to uphold their sense of responsibility, strive to fulfill assigned tasks, and actively contribute to building increasingly strong grassroots party organizations and the Party Committee of the Bloc.

At the same time, grassroots party organizations need to proactively coordinate with the specialized committees of the Party Committee of the Bloc to approach and quickly stabilize to come into operation, focus on completing the targets and tasks of 2024, build and deploy production and business tasks and party building work in 2025, and deploy the organization plan.Party CongressAll levels for the 2025-2030 term ensure quality and progress.

The comrades also emphasized that although the Party organization was transferred to the Party Committee of the Bloc, the activities of the units were still directly linked to the locality, levels, sectors and people in the area. Therefore, the Party Committees and leaders of the enterprises continued to have a close relationship, taking advantage of the direction, guidance and support of the locality.

At the same time, the comrades also requested the district Party Committees, town Party Committees, and district Youth Unions to continue to pay attention, direct, and create favorable conditions for units to operate smoothly and effectively, ensuring security, order, environment, etc., contributing positively to socio-economic development and implementing political tasks in the area; regularly exchange information with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc to jointly carry out common tasks well.
