Nghe An police presented 39 reconstructed portraits of martyrs to their relatives.

On December 21, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to hand over reconstructed portraits of martyrs to their relatives in Tuong Duong district. Attending the ceremony on behalf of the Provincial Police were Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; and representatives of leaders of the Provincial Police Departments.

Also attending the ceremony were comrades: Lu Van May - Standing Deputy Secretary of Tuong Duong District Party Committee; Chairman of the District People's Council; Lo Thanh Nhat - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Ngoc Canh - Head of District Police; Le Khac Hao - Director of ICC Nghe An Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company.

In order to educate revolutionary traditions, the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude", through mass mobilization work, grasping the situation, it is known that in the province, many families of martyrs' relatives have photos of martyrs that are blurred, smudged, damaged, and some photos are not clearly recognizable. Nghe An Provincial Police has coordinated with ICC Nghe An Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company to carry out a project to restore color photos for heroic martyrs. After a period of implementation, 63 color portrait photos of martyrs in Nghe An province have been restored.

In Tuong Duong district, Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Director Provincial Police; Mr. Le Khac Hao - Director of ICC Nghe An Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, on behalf of the working delegation and local authorities, presented 37 restored portraits of martyrs to the martyrs' relatives.

Holding the restored portraits in their hands, many relatives expressed their emotions and gratitude. From the black and white photos that have been stained by time, even with only a few details remaining, no longer intact, through advanced technical measures, the photos have been restored in color, carefully framed and will replace the old photos, placed in the most solemn position on the altar in each martyr's family, contributing to warming the hearts of generations of children and grandchildren.

Going directly to the house of the family of martyr Dau Van Mai, residing in Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district, Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department and the working delegation lit incense to remember and pay tribute to the martyr; at the same time, kindly visited, gave gifts and restored color portraits to the family members. In front of that sentiment, the martyr's relatives expressed their emotion when the Nghe An Provincial Police force, local authorities as well as other accompanying units have always cared for and supported the family in the past time. In particular, helping to restore the portraits of their fathers, grandfathers, and uncles - martyrs who sacrificed their blood and bones for the peace of the Fatherland today.

Previously, representatives of the provincial Police Department leaders visited, presented gifts and presented reconstructed portraits of martyrs to two relatives in Ky Son district./.
