Japanese Yen exchange rate on January 9, 2025 in the domestic market

On the morning of January 9, 2025, the Japanese Yen exchange rate at banks was recorded as follows:

Vietcombank: The Japanese Yen buying rate is 155.02 VND/JPY and the selling rate is 164.03 VND/JPY, up 0.28 VND and 0.35 VND respectively compared to before.

Vietinbank: The buying rate decreased by 0.08 VND, reaching 156.82 VND/JPY, while the selling rate increased by 0.22 VND, to 164.57 VND/JPY.

BIDV: Buying rate increased slightly by 0.01 VND, reaching 156.09 VND/JPY, while selling rate increased by 0.18 VND, reaching 164.58 VND/JPY.

Agribank: Recorded an increase of 0.14 VND in buying and 0.16 VND in selling, equivalent to 156.98 VND/JPY and 164.33 VND/JPY.

Eximbank: Buying rate reached 157.85 VND/JPY and selling rate was 163.45 VND/JPY, up 0.17 VND and 0.3 VND respectively.

Sacombank: Buying rate decreased by 0.48 VND, to 157.46 VND/JPY, and selling rate also decreased to 164.47 VND/JPY.

Techcombank: Recorded a decrease of 0.38 VND in buying (153.76 VND/JPY) and 0.37 VND in selling (166.19 VND/JPY).

NCB: The buying and selling rates of Japanese Yen are 155.79 VND/JPY and 164.07 VND/JPY, respectively, down 0.62 VND.

HSBC: Buying rate decreased by 0.73 VND, to 156.62 VND/JPY, while selling rate increased slightly by 0.29 VND, to 163.53 VND/JPY.

According to the survey, Eximbank is currently the bank with the highest buying rate and the lowest selling rate among banks.
