Prosecution of subject who took advantage of motorbike taxi profession to sell drugs
The Investigation Police Agency of Vinh City Police, Nghe An Province has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 3 suspects for illegal drug trafficking.

Through investigation and verification, Hung Loc Ward Police found that two subjects, Dau Van Tuan (born 1986) and Nguyen Thanh Sy (born 1989), both residing in Nghi Phuong Commune, Nghi Loc District, showed signs of retailing drugs to addicts in the locality and neighboring areas.
The subjects rented rooms to stay, took advantage of the motorbike taxi profession to sell.drugfor drug addicts in the surrounding area. To avoid being monitored by the authorities, the subjects often change locations and only sell drugs to regular customers.
Synchronously deploying professional measures, on January 5, 2025, Hung Loc Ward Police arrested Tuan and Sy for illegal drug trafficking, confiscating 22.7 grams of drugs, 02 phones and some other related exhibits.
Expanding the investigation, Hung Loc Ward Police arrested Tran Thi Chanh (born 1969), residing in Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City, for illegal drug trafficking, seizing 200 synthetic drug pills, 3 packages of crystal meth, 01 package of heroin and some other related exhibits. This is a ringleader, specializing in selling drugs to subjects for use and retail.
Currently, the Vinh City Police Investigation Agency is completing the dossier to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
