Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee organizes Conference of cadres, civil servants and workers in 2025
On the morning of January 9, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee coordinated with the Nghe An Provincial Civil Servants' Union to organize the 2025 Conference for cadres, civil servants and workers.
Attending the Conference were comrades: Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Nguyen Cong Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union.
At the Conference of cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the report on the agency's performance in 2024 and tasks in 2025 was heard; the report summarizing the emulation movement in 2024 and launching the emulation movement in 2025 was heard; the report on the performance of the People's Inspectorate in 2024 and tasks in 2025 was heard; the financial report of the Committee in 2024 was heard; and the report summarizing comments and suggestions for supplementing and amending the agency's regulations and rules was heard.
In 2024, thanks to the close and effective coordination between the union and the head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, policies were promptly implemented into practice. The team of union officials and members were dedicated and enthusiastic about the union movement with many outstanding results.
Implementing the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the agency, since the beginning of the year, the Trade Union has coordinated to organize for union members to register for contents of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the spirit of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo in conjunction with implementing regulations on setting an example for cadres and party members and Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XI, XII) on party building and rectification.
The Union proactively coordinated with the professional sector to respond to the emulation movements of "Good workers, creative workers", "building a cultural agency, quality and effective working days"... During the year, the committee advised the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to issue 5 projects, 1 directive, 10 regulations, 6 plans, 22 reports, 87 conclusions, 47 official dispatches and issued nearly 1,700 other important directive documents. Through monitoring and evaluation, it was shown that the tasks of the year were completed well according to the set plan.
The Committee has promptly deployed leadership documents, directing the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Effectively implementing Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, Plan 132-KH of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, especially directing the development of new party members according to the Resolution's targets, in 2024, 6,204 new party members were admitted, reaching 100.05%.
The Union coordinates with the Head of the agency to take care of building a team of cadres and civil servants who are union members of the Board with political courage, solid expertise, dedication to work, building solidarity, collaboration, promoting democracy, intelligence, and capacity of cadres; regularly creating an environment for each union member to compete, strive, and mature.
The efforts of union members contributed to the results of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee being classified by the Central Organizing Committee as having excellently completed its tasks in 2024; the Board as a whole was classified by the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council as having excellently completed its tasks in 2024; 1 comrade was awarded the 3rd class Labor Medal; 2 comrades were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister; 4 comrades were proposed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to be awarded the title of Provincial Emulation Fighter for the period 2023-2024; 1 comrade was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Central Organizing Committee.
Along with that, there are 14 grassroots initiatives, 4 initiatives are being proposed for recognition as provincial initiatives; 23 comrades were recognized as grassroots emulation fighters; 2 union members were commended by Nghe An Civil Servants' Union for following Uncle Ho's teachings; 1 comrade was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation.
At the conference, comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee launched the emulation movement and called on all cadres, civil servants and workers to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, cooperation, promote patriotic emulation movements, good workers, creative workers; strive to successfully complete assigned targets and tasks.
