1. A fine of between VND 1,000,000 and VND 2,000,000 shall be imposed for driving an ambulance without installing a driver image recording device or installing a driver image recording device that is not effective during the vehicle's traffic participation as prescribed or falsifying data of the driver image recording device installed on the vehicle.
2. A fine of between VND 3,000,000 and VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for driving an ambulance without installing a journey monitoring device or installing a journey monitoring device that is not effective during the vehicle's traffic participation as prescribed or falsifying data of the journey monitoring device installed on the vehicle.
3. In addition to being subject to penalties, drivers who commit the acts specified in Clause 2 of this Article will have their driving license deducted 02 points.
