Nghe An assigns state budget revenue and expenditure estimates for 2025
After assigning the 2025 budget revenue and expenditure estimates, the People's Committee of Nghe An province requested districts, cities and towns to submit them to the People's Councils at the same level for decision and implementation to ensure timeliness and compliance with regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to assign the 2025 state budget revenue and expenditure estimates to provincial agencies, units, districts, cities and towns.
The Provincial People's Committee allocated the estimated state budget revenue for 2025 of more than 17,726 trillion VND; of which the provincial budget revenue is more than 10 trillion VND, the district budget is more than 7,544 trillion VND and the commune budget is more than 89 billion VND.
Specifically, the estimated domestic revenue is more than 16 trillion VND; revenue from import-export activities is more than 1.6 trillion VND; revenue from aid activities is 30 billion VND and revenue from mobilized sources and planning funding is 50 billion VND.
Accordingly, the estimated local budget balance in 2025 has a total revenue source of 42 trillion VND. Of which, the local budget revenue according to decentralization is more than 15 trillion VND; additional revenue from the higher-level budget is more than 25.8 trillion VND; additional revenue for salary reform implementation is more than 4.9 billion VND; additional targeted revenue in the plan is more than 5.1 billion VND.
The total estimated local budget expenditure in 2025 is 41,991 trillion VND, of which the expected deficit is 325.6 million VND.
Specifically, the estimated expenditures are: Development investment expenditure of more than VND 9,770 billion; regular expenditure of more than VND 31,408 billion; the remaining estimated expenditure is for supplementing financial reserve funds, budget reserves, planning tasks and investment projects from mobilized revenue, contributions, debt repayment, and aid expenditure.
Estimated budget for National Target Programs is 1.4 trillion VND.
For some other specific areas, in 2025, the Provincial People's Committee estimates spending 119.5 billion VND to implement policies on rural agricultural and fishery development; and 814.6 billion VND to carry out national defense and security tasks.
