Vietinbank Cua Lo branch holds customer appreciation meeting.
On the evening of January 15th, VietinBank's Cua Lo branch held its 2024 Customer Appreciation Conference.
In 2024, the global situation was volatile; the domestic economy faced many difficulties and challenges, especially the heavy damage caused by storms and floods, along with the consequences of war and embargoes... all of which had a very negative impact on the operations of businesses, including the banking sector.
In this context, VietinBank's Cua Lo branch has always stood alongside its partners, prioritizing customer-centricity to foster mutual development and contribute to building the homeland and the nation. As a result, in 2024, VietinBank's Cua Lo branch overcame challenges and achieved many positive results.
Outstanding credit reached VND 6,650 billion, an increase of VND 1,350 billion compared to the beginning of the year, representing a 25.3% increase. Mobilized capital amounted to VND 4,520 billion, an increase of VND 810 billion compared to the beginning of the year, representing a 21.6% increase.
Despite a significant increase in scale (in 2024, the scale increased to VND 2,160 billion, a growth rate of 23.8%), and a very low non-performing loan ratio (below 0.08%), profits were only 90% of 2023 due to the application of very low lending interest rates to support business partners.
The number of partners and customers with transactional relationships with Vietinbank's Cua Lo branch is constantly increasing: Nearly 4,400 loan customers, an increase of over 500 customers compared to the beginning of the year; nearly 56,000 deposit customers, an increase of over 4,000 customers compared to the beginning of the year; nearly 35,000 customers transacting online, an increase of over 6,000 customers compared to the beginning of the year... And many more customers have transactional relationships in other monetary and banking business areas.
Speaking at the customer appreciation meeting, Mr. Vo Huy Ha, Director of VietinBank's Cua Lo branch, affirmed that the most important goal is for business partners to grow, expand in scale, and increase profits. He also emphasized that the concrete results in providing products and services are proof of our commitment, but certainly have not yet fully met the increasingly high expectations of our valued customers.
