To welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025, Dien Bien province has 6 low-altitude fireworks display locations including:
- Dien Bien Phu City, the firing point will be located at the dual carriageway area at the entrance to the Provincial Party Committee headquarters.
- Tuan Giao District Conference Center.
- Hoa Ban Square, Muong Ang district.
- Tua Chua town stadium.
- Central square of Muong Nhe district.
- Central square of Nam Po district.
Firework time is 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 00:15 on January 29, 2025 (ie New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year of At Ty).
