To welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025, Ha Tinh province has 3 low-altitude fireworks display locations including:
- Ha Tinh city
- Hong Linh Town
- Ky Anh Town
Firework time is 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 29, 2025 (ie New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year of At Ty).
During the implementation process, localities are required to strictly comply with the provisions of Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020 of the Government on the management and use of fireworks (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 56/2023/ND-CP dated July 24, 2023 of the Government) and relevant legal provisions. At the same time, they are responsible for ensuring security and order, avoiding waste, and ensuring absolute safety for people and property during the fireworks display.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant units to guide localities, organize the transportation, storage and firing of fireworks in accordance with regulations, ensuring absolute savings and safety; assigned the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with relevant units and localities, especially: Ha Tinh City, Hong Linh Town and Ky Anh Town to direct forces to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting before, during and after the fireworks display.
