Handling the subject who created a Messenger group to notify traffic control points
Que Phong District Police worked with HVS (born in 1992) residing in Chau Thon Commune, and at the same time disabled the Messenger group "Que Phong Thuong" with S. as administrator. This group was created to announce traffic control points in the area.
On January 14, Que Phong District Police worked with HVS. Through investigation, it was clarified that the above Messenger group was created by S. in early 2024 for the purpose of exchanging trading information, but from around July 2024 until now, some members of the group regularly exchanged messages related to locations and routes where the Traffic Police force was on duty. However, S. only held the role of administrator and had not texted or exchanged information with the above-mentioned violating content. The District Police proceeded to draw up a warning record for HVS and at the same time disabled the group.
Similar to before, on December 19, 2024, after discovering the illegal activities of the Zalo group "Bees looking for honey", Que Phong District Police verified and worked with the group leader, LTT (born in 1998), residing in Quang Phong commune. Through the investigation, T. confessed that the purpose of participating in and maintaining the group's activities was to report and exchange information about routes and locations where the Traffic Police force was on duty in order to avoid being handled for violations.
The district police have consolidated the records and issued a decision to administratively sanction LTT for the act of "Collecting, processing and using information of other organizations and individuals without consent or for purposes other than those prescribed by law" as prescribed in Point e, Clause 3, Article 102, Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP of the Government, with a fine of VND 5,000,000 and disabling the above Zalo group.
