Ms. Ngan Thi Cu, in Lung village, Tam Thai commune, Tuong Duong district said: “My family is short of people, all my children work far away. Taking advantage of the warm and sunny weather and to ensure that the planting is completed before Tet, my family plans to hire about 6-8 people to plant. Like many other families, Ngan Thi Tim's family in Quang Thinh village, Tam Dinh commune also had to hire someone to help with the planting.
