These days, ethnic minorities in the highlands of Nghe An are busy decorating their houses and alleys to celebrate the Party, celebrate Spring, and celebrate the country's renewal. Currently, the central roads of the district, commune, or village are dressed in a new "shirt", with a system of Party flags, national flags, banners, slogans... brightly fluttering, ready to welcome the new Spring.
On this occasion, visiting the highland villages in the districts of Tuong Duong district, one can feel the Spring atmosphere filled with many brilliant colors.
