Violating alcohol concentration, not having a driver's license and vehicle registration, a man in Nghe An was fined more than 50 million VND

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh has just signed a Decision to administratively sanction Mr. TVH (born in 1975), residing in Dong Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province.

The penalty decision dated January 20 clearly stated that Mr. TVH committed 4 administrative violations.

Specifically, Mr. TVH drove a car with license plate 15A – 31.xxx on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath (test result 0.627 milligrams/liter of breath). Accordingly, Mr. TVH was fined 35 million VND.

In addition, Mr. TVH was also fined for not having a driver's license (fine of 11 million VND), not having a vehicle registration certificate (fine of 2.5 million VND), and not having a vehicle technical safety and environmental protection inspection certificate (fine of 5 million VND).

In total, Mr. TVH had to pay a fine of 53.5 million VND.
