Registration fee
In major cities and towns, the registration fee is 5% of the vehicle price. In other provinces, this fee is reduced to 2%.
License plate fee
For cars priced over 40 million, the fee is 4 million VND in zone I.
Cars cost from 15 to 40 million, fee is 2 million in area I.
Car price under 15 million, fee is 1 million VND in area I.
Region I includes Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Area II has a registration fee of 800,000 VND and area III is 150,000 VND.

Vision 2024 Version
Honda Vision 2024 is introduced with 5 versions: Standard, Premium, Special, Sport and the new Classic version.
The front of the car stands out with the high-beam/low-beam cluster placed in the center. The turn signals are designed to be large and beveled, placed on both sides under the car's fairing.
The body has angular lines, creating a strong and impressive look, especially the air vent under the footrest with a new design.
The neat rear end with tapered design and two-level taillights, brings a modern look to the urban scooter. The saddle and rear handle are meticulously designed, along with a convenient folding footrest area for the rear passenger.
All versions of Honda Vision have 110cc eSP engine, PGM-FI electronic fuel injection system, ACG starter and Idling stop engine shutdown system. The frame is made from new laser welding technology, increasing rigidity and durability while remaining light.
The car also has a Smartkey and a new clock face with a metal rim, along with a saddle made of rough material to increase friction. The trunk is equipped with an additional phone charging port, convenient for users.
