Nghe An province recognizes 4 more communes as meeting new rural standards.
The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued Decision No. 214/QD-UBND recognizing 4 communes as having met the standards for new rural areas in 2024.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision designating four communes as achieving new rural standards in 2024: Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Xuan commune (Thanh Chuong district); Tien Ky commune (Tan Ky district) and Binh Son commune (Anh Son district).
The Provincial People's Committee awarded each commune a public welfare project worth 500 million VND.
Thus, as of now, Nghe An province has 324 communes that have met the standards for new rural areas (data before commune mergers).
