Man prosecuted for carrying military-grade weapon to 'talk'

On February 7th, the Security Investigation Agency of the Kien Giang Provincial Police announced the temporary detention of Nguyen Van Sang (born in 1995, residing at 91/7 Nguyen Trung Truc Street, Vinh Thanh Van Ward, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province) for investigation into the act of "illegally possessing military weapons".
Earlier, on February 2nd, the police in My Thuan commune (Hon Dat district) promptly detected, prevented, and arrested Sang while he was using a gun to threaten others.

According to initial statements, Ngo Van Tan (residing in My Phu neighborhood, Soc Son town, Hon Dat district) along with Sang and Thanh (whose identities are unknown) were informed by Ngo Quoc Hao (Tan's son) that D.Q.D. (residing in Can Dat hamlet, My Thuan commune) had insulted Tan.
