Police investigate case of male student being assaulted by man in Vinh city
Information from the authorities said that they are currently taking statements from relevant parties to clarify and handle the case.
Quang Trung Ward Police in coordination with Vinh City Police quickly directed forces to conduct an investigation to clarify the incident.
During the investigation, the police identified the attacker as Dang Thai Hoang (born in 1995). The male student who was assaulted was NQS (born in 2008, residing in Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City, currently an 11th grade student at Vinh University High School for the Gifted).
Currently, S is still in shock when recalling the incident of being assaulted by the man that afternoon.
According to S, at around 5:00 p.m. on February 18, after school, S borrowed a shipper's shirt from a friend to go home to avoid catching a cold.
When driving to the intersection in front of Vinh City General Hospital, S stopped the car waiting for the red light.
At that moment, a man crossed the street after parking his motorbike in the opposite parking lot and collided with my motorbike.
“Before I could apologize and explain, this person rushed in and punched and kicked me. I could only use my hands to cover my head to avoid the blows,” S said.
Currently, the family of the male student beaten by the man is still waiting for the results of the facial MRI at Vinh City General Hospital.
