The People's Committee of Nghe An province has approved the implementation plan of the Athena project - a riverside ecological urban area in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city. The project is invested by TTG Holdings. With a scale of 53,738 m2, the project covers more than 31,386m2for technical infrastructure, traffic, kindergartens, sports fields, cultural houses.
The remaining area, 22,352m² of urban land, will be used to build low-rise housing including villas, commercial townhouses and apartment buildings according to the approved plan.

The new urban area has the commercial name Athena, strategically located right in the center of Vinh City, next to the legendary Vinh River. The project easily and quickly accesses major roads such as Quang Trung Street, Tran Phu Street, Phan Dinh Phung Street, Le Mao extended street, National Highway 1A,... Specific boundaries of the project: Northeast borders Vinh River and 30m wide planned road; Northwest borders Pham Hong Thai Street (planned 35m) and existing residential area; Southwest borders existing residential area; Southeast borders existing residential area.
