The 18th term People's Council of Nghe An province resolved to allow one delegate to stop performing his duties.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Tourism has submitted an application for early retirement according to Decree No. 178 of the Government and resigned as a delegate of the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, term 2021 - 2026.
On the morning of February 25, the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, 2021 - 2026, held the 27th session (Special session) to carry out the contents under its authority.

At the meeting, based on the submission of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council decided to pass a Resolution on allowing Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, a delegate of the Provincial People's Council Delegation in Anh Son district, to cease his duties as a delegate of the 18th term Nghe An Provincial People's Council, 2021-2026 term, according to his personal wishes.
Previously, on February 14, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Tourism, a delegate of the Provincial People's Council Delegation in Anh Son district submitted an application for early retirement according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the reorganization of the political system and requested to resign as a delegate of the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, term 2021 - 2026.
