Located approximately 105 km from Hanoi and 30 km from the center of Hoa Binh City, Ngoi Hoa Bay (in Ngoi hamlet, Suoi Hoa commune, Tan Lac district) is a lush, green destination that attracts tourists to visit and experience.

Ngoi Hoa Bay is a highlight in the core area of Hoa Binh Lake tourist zone, often referred to as "Ha Long Bay on land" or "a hidden gem in the mountains".

According to locals, Ngoi Hoa Bay has a unique location because it is situated high in the mountains, within a lake. The bay is vast and expansive, with clear blue water. The scenery here is diverse, and the climate is cool and fresh.

Locals utilize the land around the bay to plant trees such as acacia, bamboo, and rattan, while also cultivating many fruit orchards with melons, papayas, bananas, gourds, and pumpkins, contributing to the bay's vibrant and lush landscape.
