Nghe An Provincial Women's Union organized the program "Delivering sunshine, transferring love" in Que Phong and Ky Son districts.
On February 26 and 27, the Women's Union of Nghe An province coordinated with the Provincial Border Guard Command and Hai Bon Bay Joint Stock Company (247Express) in Ho Chi Minh City to organize the program "Delivering sunshine, transferring love" with many practical activities aimed at women in disadvantaged areas of Que Phong and Ky Son districts.

In Que Phong district, the working delegation of Nghe An Provincial Women's Union and Hai Bon Bay Joint Stock Company (247Express) went to Thong Thu commune to present 40 gifts to poor women in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND; to support 6 livelihood models for poor women's families in especially difficult circumstances, each model worth 5 million VND; to support the construction of "Warm Houses of Love" for poor women's families in difficult housing circumstances, worth 60 million VND.

Besides sharing the difficulties and hardships of people in general and women in particular in mountainous areas and ethnic minorities, the working group also encouraged women to make efforts to overcome difficulties to build a better family life and create a good environment for their children to grow up.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of Thong Thu Border Post and Hanh Dich Border Post (Que Phong district).

In Ky Son district, the delegation presented gifts to three boarding schools for ethnic minorities: My Ly 1 Primary Boarding School; My Ly Secondary Boarding School and Ky Son High School, each school received a set of computers and printers.

In My Ly commune (Ky Son district), the working delegation presented 20 gifts to poor women members in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 500,000 VND; presented 3 livelihood models to poor members, each worth 5 million VND; and provided support for building "Warm Houses of Love" for poor women's families in difficult housing circumstances, worth 60 million VND.
The delegation also visited and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of My Ly Border Guard Station, Ky Son district.
