Announcement: The seals of the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An Provincial Branch, are no longer in use.
The State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An branch, has issued notice No. 277/NGA-HCNS announcing that the following seal designs will no longer be used from March 1, 2025.
Based on Government Decree No. 26/2025/ND-CP dated February 24, 2025, regulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam; and based on Decision No. 308/QD-NHNN dated February 24, 2025, of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the establishment, functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam Branch in Region 8, the State Bank of Vietnam Branch in Nghe An Province respectfully announces that the following seal designs will cease to be valid from March 1, 2025.
Previously, on February 25th, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Hong, chaired a nationwide online conference to announce the decision on the establishment of the Party Committee of the State Bank of Vietnam and decisions on the organizational structure and tasks of the State Bank of Vietnam. Accordingly, 63 provincial and city branches of the State Bank of Vietnam were reorganized into 15 regional branches of the State Bank of Vietnam, meeting the need to improve capacity and operational efficiency.
Region 8 comprises Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh provinces; the headquarters of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 8 is located in Ha Tinh. The Acting Director of Region 8 is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thu.
