Nghe An province's armed forces launch training in 2025
On the morning of March 3, at Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a ceremony to launch training in 2025.
Comrade ThieuGeneral Phan Van Sy - Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region 4; along with leaders of the General Staff, Political Department, and Logistics and Technical Department attended the ceremony.
The leaders of Nghe An province include comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;with leaders: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Provincial Police, Provincial Border Guard Command, Veterans Association, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Women's Union; Vinh city, Nghi Loc district, Hung Nguyen district; Vinh University; North Central Coast Mobile Police Regiment.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Provincial Military Command leaders disseminated combat training orders from the Commander of Military Region 4.
Accordingly, in 2025, the Army, the country and Military Region 4 will witness many important political events; the world and regional situation will have many complicated developments. The Party and State will continue to innovate the organization of the political apparatus in the direction of "refined, compact, strong"...
In that situation, the agencies of Military Region 4 thoroughly grasped the Party's military and defense guidelines, including continuing to deploy and effectively organize the implementation of Resolution 8 of the Central Committee (Term XIII) on "Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation"; Resolution 1659-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission; Resolution 775-NQ/DU of the Military Region Party Committee on "Improving the quality of training in the 2023-2030 period and the following years"; Resolution on leadership in implementing tasks in 2025 of the Military Region 4 Party Committee.
Training follows the motto "Basic - Practical - Solid", attaching importance to synchronous and in-depth training, taking practice as the main thing, implementing 3 viewpoints, 8 principles, 6 combinations in training; closely combining military training with political education, education and training with combat training.
Training to master existing weapons and equipment, especially new technical weapons and equipment; strengthening night training, mobile training, high-intensity training in all conditions, close to the mission, target, area, combat plan, suitable to the organization, structure and equipment of each unit.
Focus on training according to assigned tasks, close to reality, effectively implement basic training programs, strengthen training and professional development.
Actively innovate in organization and training methods; closely combine training with formal training, strictly comply with military discipline and state laws; build strong, comprehensive "Exemplary, typical" agencies and units.
Speaking at the 2025 training launch ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An emphasized that 2025 has a particularly important significance, a year of acceleration, breakthrough, and reaching the finish line to implement the goals and targets of the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.
At the same time, this is the year to focus on organizing Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress and implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the political system at all levels to operate effectively and efficiently.
Faced with the requirements and tasks of building the Army and protecting the Fatherland with new additions and developments, to well perform military and defense tasks and be ready for combat in 2025, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An proposed to strengthen propaganda and education on the Army's tasks and the tradition of patriotism, courage and indomitable will of the nation and the Vietnam People's Army; thereby building cadres and soldiers with strong political will, pioneering in awareness and action, ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's military viewpoints and guidelines, the Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and Military Region 4 on training; organize training for subjects closely, in accordance with the motto and viewpoints; focus on practice; train closely with the tasks, subjects, and combat areas; train new soldiers to ensure quality right from the first day, first week, and first month.
Maintain strict combat readiness regimes and discipline; grasp the local situation; coordinate with forces to maintain political security, social order and safety and proactively take all measures to participate in preventing and overcoming consequences of natural disasters, search and rescue, fire prevention and fighting, protecting State assets and people's lives.
Continue to build a strong, compact and disciplined armed force in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution and Plan of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on the organization of the Vietnam People's Army for the 2021-2030 period and the following years.
At the same time, actively promote breakthrough solutions for science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; build "exemplary and typical" agencies and units; strengthen ideological management, discipline, and human resource management, and prevent violations of military law and discipline.
Well organize activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the tradition of the Militia and Self-Defense Force; the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the Provincial Armed Forces. Do a good job of military rear policy work.
Effectively implement the movement of armed forces joining hands to build new rural areas; mass mobilization work in special areas; actively participate in supporting people in economic and social development.
Regularly pay attention to leadership, direction, and ensure adequate and timely logistics, transportation, weapons, equipment, and technology for missions. Actively increase production, exploitation, and create on-site logistics resources; proactively prevent epidemics, care for, and improve soldiers' health.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An emphasized that the Party Committee, government and people of the province believe that the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Armed Forces will excellently complete the military and defense tasks in 2025, together with the Party Committee and government of the province to accelerate and break through to enter a new era, an era of national growth.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of National Defense, Major General Phan Van Sy - Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region 4 awarded the title of "Exemplary, Typical" Comprehensive Strong Unit to the Nghe An Provincial Military Command for its excellent and comprehensive completion of the 2024 mission.
The Provincial Military Command has launched a training emulation movement in 2025 with the theme: "Excellent training, strict training, high combat readiness, absolute safety", from March 3, 2025 to December 15, 2025; and launched the peak emulation period "Lightning speed - Determined victory" from March 1, 2025 to May 19, 2025.
After the training launch ceremony, agencies and units organized martial arts, qigong, and group dance and singing performances, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, motivating and encouraging officers, employees, and soldiers to confidently enter the 2025 military training year with the best results.
