Reply:The costs of compulsory land recovery are stipulated in Clause 6, Article 89 of the 2024 Land Law as follows:

Note:
The enforcement of the mandatory land survey decision must ensure compliance with the principles stipulated in Clause 1, Article 89 of the 2024 Land Law as follows:
- Conduct the process openly, transparently, democratically, objectively, ensuring order, safety, and compliance with the law;
- Enforcement actions must commence during business hours. No enforcement actions will be carried out between 10 PM the previous day and 6 AM the following day;
+ Holidays and days off as prescribed by law, and traditional holidays of ethnic minorities;
+ During the 15 days before and after the Lunar New Year holiday and other special cases that seriously affect security, politics, public order, social safety, customs, and traditions in the locality;
- The enforcement of the land reclamation decision is carried out against the land user, the owner of the property attached to the land, and other parties related to the reclaimed land (if any).
