The 3rd Conference of the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Agencies
On the afternoon of March 18, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held the 3rd Conference for the 2020-2025 term, approving a number of contents to prepare for the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Pham Trong Hoang - Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. Also attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Nguyen Dinh Hung - Chief of the Provincial Party Office; Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization and Propaganda Department and comrades in the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term.
At the conference, delegates approved the draft Regulations on functions and tasks of advisory and support agencies for the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term. The Party Executive Committee also discussed and approved the draft Decision on establishing subcommittees, support groups, personnel subcommittees, and regulations on personnel subcommittees of the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of provincial Party agencies for the 2025-2030 term.
The conference discussed and gave opinions on not establishing a Steering Committee for anti-corruption and anti-waste of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Regulation on receiving citizens of the Party Committee Secretary. Instead, issue an annual anti-corruption plan, closely following the assigned functions and tasks.
The delegates also proposed to review, organize and establish the Veterans Association of the Provincial Party Committee or arrange joint activities to ensure the rights of the veterans under its management. The Party Executive Committee also considered organizing the activities of the Trade Union and Youth Union appropriately, and developed annual action plans to submit to the Standing Committee for comments and implementation.
Based on the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, on behalf of the Standing Committee, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies acknowledged, accepted and requested the Party Committee's departments and offices to complete the documents for timely promulgation.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed that, immediately after the decision to establish, the subcommittees and working groups of the Subcommittee of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, based on their functions and tasks, closely follow the regulations according to Directive No. 35 of the Politburo, Conclusion No. 118, Notice No. 09 of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Conclusions of the Central Committee, focus on timely implementation.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested that grassroots party organizations focus on propagating Resolution No. 18 NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee and Conclusions No. 121, 126, 127, 128 of the Politburo and directives of the Central and the province on streamlining the apparatus, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency; building a two-level local government (provincial and communal levels).
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that cadres and party members absolutely trust in the leadership of the party, for the common goal of developing the homeland and country.
