This is the "backbone" of Vinh city today, bringing the beach closer to the existing city. The project creates a modern, spacious traffic artery, with the widest section reaching 290m, including 8 main lanes and several service lanes. Completion of this road will shorten travel time between the two locations to approximately 15 minutes, making it easier and faster for tourists from Vinh to reach Cua Lo beach.
Besides the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard, the 72m Vinh to Hung Nguyen road is also an important route connecting Vinh and the districts of Hung Nguyen and Nam Dan, linking to the North-South Expressway. This road connects from the Vinh - Cua Lo road to Hung Tay commune and the VSIP Industrial Park, opening up potential for land and infrastructure development.
The completion of the North-South Expressway through Nghe An province facilitates faster connections for tourists from other provinces and cities to Nghe An. And by June 30th, the Ha Tinh to Quang Tri Expressway is expected to be completed, increasing opportunities to welcome tourists to Cua Lo. Bridges connecting shores of joy
The Cua Hoi Bridge, spanning the Lam River, is a stunning cable-stayed bridge connecting the two banks of the Lam River in Nghi Xuan District, Ha Tinh Province. The project was invested in and put into operation in 2021. The bridge is 3.27 km long and 12m wide, accommodating two lanes of traffic.
This bridge not only relieves congestion on the Ben Thuy bridge but also creates a new, convenient route for tourists from Ha Tinh and southern provinces to Cua Lo; it is also a beautiful check-in point when admiring the river mouth with its fertile alluvial plains on both sides and groups of boats heading out to sea.
Besides the Cua Hoi Bridge, Nghe An province has also recently completed the Hung Duc Bridge across the Lam River on the North-South Expressway, along with other bridges such as Ben Thuy 1, Ben Thuy 2, etc., facilitating travel for tourists going north, south, and to Cua Lo.
