Khu vực miền Bắc:

Visit the website of Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation or Southern Power Corporation. If using the EVNHCMC website, users need an account and customer code (PE code) to look up their information.

Check power outage schedules via the EVNHCMC app.

Users can download the EVNHCMC app on their phones to check the power outage schedule by following these steps:

Download the app to your phone and log in to your account.

If you don't have an account yet, please register following the instructions.

Link your account to your electricity bill by entering your customer code.

After completing the connection, go to the "Power Outage Schedule" section to look up the information.

Check power outage schedule via Zalo

Zalo is also a convenient way to check power outage schedules:

Open the Zalo app and search for the name of the Electricity Corporation by region (Northern, Central, or Southern Electricity).

Tap "Follow" to receive notifications.

Go to the messages section, select "Lookup" -> "Power Outage Schedule" to view the power outage schedule for your area.

When is the power company allowed to cut off electricity?

According to the Electricity Law of 2004, the electricity company has the right to cut off power in certain circumstances:

In the event of a force majeure incident threatening the safety of the power system, the power company may cut off the power immediately but must notify the cause within 24 hours.

If the power outage is not due to an accident, the power company must notify residents at least 5 days in advance. This notice will be published in the media or sent directly to customers.
