The Party Congresses of wards and communes for the 2025-2030 term in Nghe An must be completed before August 31, 2025.
This is one of the contents that the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee directed specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, district Party Committees, city Party Committees, town Party Committees, affiliated Party Committees and related units in implementing the plan to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system.
On March 24, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 3454-CV/TU on implementing the plan to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, district Party Committees, city Party Committees, town Party Committees, affiliated Party Committees and related units to implement the following contents:
(1)The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee presides over and coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and relevant units to advise on the development of a detailed project to disorganize the district level, arrange and reorganize the commune-level administrative units (paying attention to the arrangement of cadres, headquarters, means, working equipment, etc.) according to the direction of the Central Committee, the Secretariat, and the guidance of the Government Party Committee... Completion time before15/5/2025, to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and comments.
(2)The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presides over and coordinates with the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Party Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front and related units to advise the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to lead and direct the implementation of contents to ensure the operations of agencies and units of the Party, Government and Fatherland Front agencies at the commune level (arranging and assigning cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers; preparing personnel for the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee; establishing; deciding on functions; tasks; working regulations of specialized agencies to advise and assist; deciding on the establishment of Party organizations...). Completion time before15/5/2025to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and comments.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presides over and coordinates with specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and related units: Advise leaders and direct the organization of party congresses of communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term, completion timebefore August 31, 2025.
Advise on appointing delegates to attend the 20th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Advise on appointing the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, deputy secretary, chairman of the inspection committee, and members of the inspection committee of the commune and ward party committees for the 2025-2030 term in sync with preparing personnel for the People's Councils of communes and wards for the 2026-2031 term.
(3) The Congress Preparation Subcommittees preside over and coordinate with specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and relevant units in completing documents, preparing and organizing the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.(completed before October 31, 2025).
(4) Party committees, party organizations, agencies, units and leaders: Do a good job of propaganda, orienting public opinion, ensuring national solidarity, creating high consensus and unity among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and all classes of people. Resolutely deploy tasks to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations, without work interruptions, leaving areas and fields vacant...
Closely control the situation, ensure security and order are maintained, absolutely do not allow mass protests to occur, and do not create "hot spots" or complications.
Periodically report the progress of the implementation of assigned contents to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee for synthesis and reporting to the Central Steering Committee to ensure the prescribed time.(before 3:00 p.m. every Tuesday, from April 16, 2025 to October 31, 2025).
