Man spraying paint '100% asthma-free' in Vinh city asked to erase what he wrote
A man named Son, after spraying the words "100% asthma-free" for advertising, was asked by the wards of Vinh city to return it to its original state.
Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, recently, people in all wards and communes, especially the central wards in Vinh City, were extremely upset by the situation of advertisements with the content "Asthma cured" accompanied by a 100% cure commitment and phone number sprayed with paint on the walls of houses, public areas... Through camera extraction, it was discovered that the subject spraying the paint was a man driving a car.
Vinh City People's Committee has sent a document to the People's Committees of wards and communes in the area to inspect and handle the situation of illegal advertising and classified ads.
After the wards and communes got involved, they identified the person who sprayed the "Khi hen" advertisement as Mr. Nguyen Duy Son (residing in Hung Phuc ward, Vinh city). Some wards such as Vinh Tan, Truong Thi, Quang Trung, Ben Thuy... asked Mr. Son to remove the words "khi hen 100%", returning the wall to its original state.
The incident is being clarified.
According to the provisions of Article 8 of the 2012 Advertising Law and Article 34 of Decree 38 dated March 29, 2021 of the Government on administrative violations in the field of culture and advertising, illegal advertising and classified ads will be fined from 1-2 million VND for individuals and from 2-4 million VND for organizations.
