Last March, the Dak Lak Provincial Police decided to establish an inspection team to examine the compliance with legal regulations at ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company (address: 18/99 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Ea Tu Commune, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province). The inspection was conducted unexpectedly and without prior notice. This company produces SUPERGREENS GUMMIES vegetable candies for Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City).
This product has been heavily promoted recently by Miss Thuy Tien, TikToker Hang Du Muc, and Quang Linh Vlogs. In their advertising and sales activities, Quang Linh Vlogs emphasized that "one pill is equivalent to a plate of vegetables." This information immediately received mixed reactions. Many people believe that these advertisers have exaggerated the product's effectiveness.
The situation escalated when a consumer posted a video stating that they had taken the vegetable candy product for testing at the Center for Technical Standards and Quality Measurement 2 (National Standards and Quality Measurement Committee). The results showed that 30 candies (equivalent to one box) contained only 0.51g of fiber. Authorities immediately launched an investigation, verification, and took action against the violators.
