The route includes: Binh Minh Square, Binh Minh Road, the intersection with Hoang Ta Thon, the Cua Hoi roundabout, and a return to the finish line at Binh Minh Square. This is one of the most strategically challenging stages, requiring seamless coordination between riders within the same team. Starting from Ho Chi Minh Square, passing the Truong Thi - An Duong Vuong intersection, turning left at the roundabout onto Le Duan Street, Nguyen Du Street, Ben Thuy 1 Bridge, and then on to Ha Tinh.
