Vinh City People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 2466 on banning all types of vehicles to serve the Opening Night of Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2025.
Accordingly, in order for the Opening Program of Cua Lo Sea Tourism Festival, Vinh City 2025 to be held on the night of April 19 to take place successfully, the People's Committee of Vinh City assigned the units to carry out the following contents:
People's Committees of wards: Nghi Thu, Nghi Huong, Nghi Hai, Nghi Hoa, Thu Thuy, Nghi Thuy, Nghi Tan:For 4-wheeled motor vehicles (except for vehicles used for festivals):The People's Committees of wards notify all electric vehicle associations and 4-wheel electric vehicle owners in the city, starting from07:00 to 24:00 on April 19, 2025 must stop operationson all routes to serve the Opening Ceremony of the Cua Lo Sea Tourism Festival, Vinh City in 2025 (announced many times on the ward's radio system and directly to electric vehicle owners).
Any case of non-compliance and continued operation during the above time will be strictly handled by the authorities according to regulations.
For vehicles:The People's Committees of wards announce propaganda on mass media, starting from15:00 to 23:00 on April 19, 2025No activities are allowed within the area where the road is blocked or blocked to serve the festival organization.
Nghi Huong Ward People's Committee arranged forces to guide and arrange vehicles for delegates at the two parking lots in the South and North of Binh Minh Square, starting from 5:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on April 19, 2025.
For Nghi Thu Ward People's Committee: Arrange forces to guide and arrange vehicles for delegates at parking lots opposite Muong Thanh Hotel area, starting from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., April 19, 2025.
