Conclusion of Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh at the regular citizen reception session in April 2025
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh requested assigned agencies, units and localities to seriously and promptly implement the tasks.
On April 15, at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh chaired the regular Citizen Reception Session for April 2025.
Attending the regular citizen reception session were representatives of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee and representatives of the leaders of agencies and units: Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Party Committee Office, Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council, Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Justice, Provincial People's Committee Office, Center for Application of Science and Technology Advances, Thai Hoa Town People's Committee, Dong Hieu Commune People's Committee.
The specific content is as follows:
Mr. Tran Van Nhung and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga(representing 22 households residing in Son Ha hamlet, Dong Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town)Recommend competent authorities to resolve funding to support training, career conversion and job search for 22 households affected by the High-tech Experimental Zone and Incubator project in Dong Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town.
After listening to citizens' presentations and opinions from relevant departments, branches and localities, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh concluded:
- The project of Experimental Zone and High-tech Incubator in Dong Hieu Commune, Thai Hoa Town by the Center for Application of Science and Technology Advances(Department of Science and Technology)as the investor. The purpose of the Project is to promote the development of science and technology in the Western Nghe An region, with a non-profit form of operation. This project ended its implementation period in December 2020 and has been operating, exploited and used. The funding for training, career conversion and job search support that households are requesting is an additional cost, not included in the total investment of the Project.
- To have a basis to resolve the citizens' petitions, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned: (1) The Department of Science and Technology to direct the Center for Application of Science and Technology Advances to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Thai Hoa town to review, prepare, and submit for appraisal the dossier proposing to adjust the investment policy and adjust the investment project (through the Department of Finance), and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for approval; (2) The People's Committee of Thai Hoa town to review, prepare, appraise, and approve the compensation plan for site clearance (supplementing the content of support for training, career conversion, and job search, send it to the Department of Finance before May 10, 2025, synthesize, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for approval to proceed with payment of support funds to 22 households before June 15, 2025.
