Equipping digital transformation skills for cadres and civil servants in the Front system in Nghe An
On the morning of April 25, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province organized a training conference on digital transformation in 2025 for cadres and civil servants in the Fatherland Front system at all levels.
Attending the conference were Standing members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and 250 officials and civil servants in the Fatherland Front system at all levels.
Digital transformation is not only a development trend of the times, but also an urgent requirement for all areas of economic and social life. The application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has brought about profound changes in the way of management, operation, production, business and serving the people.
For the work of the Front, digital transformation helps improve work efficiency, innovate propaganda methods, mobilize the masses, strengthen the connection between the Party, the government and the people; contribute to building a modern, transparent, effective administration, better serving the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Realizing that, in recent times, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has actively implemented key contents on digital transformation such as: Investing in an online meeting system from the province to 100% of district level and 412 commune-level units; Upgrading the Electronic Information Portal, establishing and operating a synchronous social network throughout the system: 481 Front Fanpage pages from the province to the commune level, more than 3,800 Facebook pages of the Front Working Committee, 482 Zalo OA accounts.
In particular, the Fanpage "Nghe An Front" has achieved a blue tick with over 290,000 likes and over 314,000 followers, becoming an official information channel with widespread influence throughout the country; Deploying Ioffice software, 3-level interconnected digital signature with over 1,600 accounts; online reporting software with over 680 accounts operating effectively...
These results have significantly contributed to improving the quality of operations of the Fatherland Front system at all levels in the whole province.
In the context of new requirements for the work of the Front, the organization of the digital transformation training conference aims to continue to raise awareness and responsibility of the staff and civil servants about the role and significance of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the work of the Front. At the same time, supplement and update knowledge and skills in applying digital technology and AI to practical work, meeting the requirements of synchronous and comprehensive digital transformation.
During 1 day, 250 delegates who are cadres and civil servants in the Fatherland Front system at all levels in Nghe An were systematically trained with practical topics, highly applicable, suitable for the team of cadres and civil servants directly implementing tasks at the grassroots level - where they play a key role in digital transformation.
Through the training course, equipping the staff of the Front at all levels with skills will help them be more proactive and flexible in applying digital technology, contributing to improving the quality of staff work and effectively implementing emulation movements and political tasks of the Front at all levels.
