Nghe An strengthens the management of construction investment projects in the province.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts, cities, towns, investors and relevant parties to focus on speeding up the progress of the construction site and completing the dossier to complete the project in accordance with regulations.

Accordingly, considering Official Dispatch No. 2009/SXD-QLCL dated April 16, 2025 of the Department of Construction on strengthening the management of construction investment projects in the province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien has the following comments:
For projects that have been basically completed: The Investor and relevant parties are requested to focus on speeding up the site progress, completing the project completion documents in accordance with regulations to carry out the acceptance procedures for completion and putting into use before June 30, 2025.
For projects under construction with contract implementation period extending beyond June 30, 2025: It is recommended to focus on checking, reviewing, developing plans, and urging construction to ensure reasonable and technically correct stopping points; clearly identify completed and remaining volumes; organize quality acceptance of completed volumes to ensure compliance with regulations; complete all internal documents to ensure scientific and convenient handover when implementing administrative unit arrangement according to the new model by June 30, 2025.
Propose that the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns study and propose to the Provincial People's Committee plans to regulate capital sources from one project to another, from one investor to another, ensuring effective management of projects without affecting the quality of works.
The Department of Construction and the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns support, guide, inspect and supervise investors of projects to ensure effective implementation; report promptly to the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with regulations.
