Two drivers in Nghe An were fined 70 million VND and had their driving licenses revoked for violating alcohol and drug concentrations.
Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An signed and issued decisions to impose administrative penalties on two individuals who violated regulations while driving vehicles.

The penalty decision dated April 29 clearly stated that Mr. NHD (born in 1979, residing in Le Loi ward, Vinh city) drove a car with license plate 37A-914.xx on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath (test result 0.413 milligrams/liter of breath).
Meanwhile, Mr. NML (born in 1988, residing in Nghia Son commune, Nghia Dan district) drove a car with license plate 37R-003.xx on the road while having drugs in his body (test result was positive for drugs).
For the above acts, each person was administratively fined 35 million VND. At the same time, their driving license was revoked for 23 months, calculated from the effective date of the penalty decision.
